1. Scope of Services

Vamos Luxury Transfers provides private passenger transportation services, including airport transfers, port transfers, hotel transfers, transfers to and from other destinations, chauffeur services, and vehicle hire with a professional driver.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings

Bookings may be made through our website, by telephone, email, or any other available communication channel.

Customers are required to provide accurate information regarding:

• Date and time of transfer
• Pick-up location and destination
• Number of passengers
• Number of luggage items
• Flight or travel details, where applicable

The company shall not be held liable for delays or service issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete booking information.

3. Payments

Payment may be made using the available payment methods specified at the time of booking.

The company reserves the right to request a deposit or full prepayment for certain services, routes, or group bookings.

4. Flight and Travel Delays

Vamos Luxury Transfers monitors flight arrivals when flight details are provided at the time of booking.

In the event of a flight delay, the pick-up time will be adjusted without additional charge, provided that the delay remains within reasonable limits.

Customers are responsible for informing the company promptly of any changes to their flight or travel details.

5. Waiting Time

For airport pick-ups, up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from the actual flight arrival time.

For all other pick-ups, up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from the scheduled pick-up time.

Additional charges may apply for extended waiting periods.

6. Cancellations and Amendments

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are free of charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a charge of up to the full booking amount.

Any booking amendments are subject to availability and may affect the final service price.

7. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to appear at the agreed pick-up location and does not contact the company within the applicable waiting period, the booking will be considered a “No Show” and the full booking amount will be charged.

8. Luggage

Passengers must declare the estimated number and size of luggage items when making a booking.

The company reserves the right to recommend a different vehicle category if the luggage exceeds the capacity of the selected vehicle.

9. Child Seats

Child and infant seats are available upon request and subject to availability.

Requests for child seats must be made at the time of booking.

10. Passenger Conduct

The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate a service if passengers:

• Endanger the safety of the driver or other passengers
• Cause damage to the vehicle
• Are under the influence of alcohol or substances to a degree that affects their behavior

The customer shall be responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party.

11. Company Liability

Vamos Luxury Transfers will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely and safe transportation services.

The company shall not be liable for delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Traffic congestion
• Accidents
• Severe weather conditions
• Strikes
• Actions of public authorities
• Other force majeure events

The company shall not be liable for missed flights, ferries, business meetings, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from such events.

12. Insurance

All vehicles operated by Vamos Luxury Transfers carry the insurance coverage required under Greek law for the lawful transportation of passengers.

13. Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

The company shall not be liable for items lost or left behind in its vehicles; however, every reasonable effort will be made to locate and return such items.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Vamos Luxury Transfers reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The latest version will always be published on the company’s website.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
