1. Scope of Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Vamos Luxury Transfers provides private passenger transportation services, including airport transfers, port transfers, hotel transfers, transfers to and from other destinations, chauffeur services, and vehicle hire with a professional driver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Bookings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Bookings may be made through our website, by telephone, email, or any other available communication channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers are required to provide accurate information regarding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Date and time of transfer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Pick-up location and destination<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Number of passengers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Number of luggage items<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Flight or travel details, where applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The company shall not be held liable for delays or service issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete booking information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Payment may be made using the available payment methods specified at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The company reserves the right to request a deposit or full prepayment for certain services, routes, or group bookings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Flight and Travel Delays<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Vamos Luxury Transfers monitors flight arrivals when flight details are provided at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the event of a flight delay, the pick-up time will be adjusted without additional charge, provided that the delay remains within reasonable limits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Customers are responsible for informing the company promptly of any changes to their flight or travel details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Waiting Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    For airport pick-ups, up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from the actual flight arrival time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For all other pick-ups, up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from the scheduled pick-up time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Additional charges may apply for extended waiting periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Cancellations and Amendments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a charge of up to the full booking amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Any booking amendments are subject to availability and may affect the final service price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. No-Show Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If a customer fails to appear at the agreed pick-up location and does not contact the company within the applicable waiting period, the booking will be considered a \u201cNo Show\u201d and the full booking amount will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Luggage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Passengers must declare the estimated number and size of luggage items when making a booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The company reserves the right to recommend a different vehicle category if the luggage exceeds the capacity of the selected vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9. Child Seats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Child and infant seats are available upon request and subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Requests for child seats must be made at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    10. Passenger Conduct<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate a service if passengers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Endanger the safety of the driver or other passengers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cause damage to the vehicle<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Are under the influence of alcohol or substances to a degree that affects their behavior<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      The customer shall be responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      11. Company Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Vamos Luxury Transfers will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely and safe transportation services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The company shall not be liable for delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Traffic congestion<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Accidents<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Severe weather conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Strikes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Actions of public authorities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Other force majeure events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        The company shall not be liable for missed flights, ferries, business meetings, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from such events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        12. Insurance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        All vehicles operated by Vamos Luxury Transfers carry the insurance coverage required under Greek law for the lawful transportation of passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        13. Personal Belongings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The company shall not be liable for items lost or left behind in its vehicles; however, every reasonable effort will be made to locate and return such items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        14. Amendments to These Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Vamos Luxury Transfers reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The latest version will always be published on the company\u2019s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
